About Baška

The town of Baška is located at the very end of island of Krk, only forty kilometers from the Krk bridge, its ideal position allows for ease of access to nearby cities while preserving the degree of peace and quiet to be found in more exotic holiday destinations. 

One of the best beaches in Croatia is Vela plaža (meaning big beach) in Baška, the impressive, 1800m (1.1 mile) long curving sand-and-pebble beach, giving onto shallow turquoise sea and backed by a promenade lined with cafés, restaurants and hotels.
